Job Description:
As a Medical Product Assembler at Del Medical, you'll have a key role in ensuring our medical products are assembled carefully and meet high-quality standards. Here's what the job involves:
· Read and understand Engineering Blueprints and instructions to put together products accurately.
· Check incoming materials and in-house assemblies thoroughly.
· Follow rules and regulations to maintain our standards and comply with industry requirements.
· Maintain professionalism when interacting with team members and external partners.
· Foster positive relationships.
· Keep your work area organized and clean to enhance safety and efficiency.
· Use proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries and promote a safety-oriented workplace.
· Adapt to changing tasks and willingly take on additional responsibilities as needed
· Requires standing for long periods of time.
· Requires the use of repetitive motions with fingers, hands and arms while assembling small and large parts.
· Requires to be able to lift 50 pounds
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in product assembly, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and precision in assembly and documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
