Premier Luxury Group is hiring motivated real estate agents to join our team, with priority markets across Cook and DuPage Counties in Chicago's western suburbs — including Naperville, Schaumburg, and Elmhurst.
Led by JP Pastrana, Premier Luxury Group is a fast-growing team of 35 agents with a goal of reaching 100 agents by the end of the year, serving the greater Chicagoland area across Lake, Cook, Kankakee, Will, Kane, DuPage, and McHenry Counties.
This opportunity is built for agents who want consistent lead flow, hands-on training, and a team with the infrastructure to help them grow their business.

Our lead coverage spans 110 zip codes for buyer and seller opportunities, with agents receiving a steady flow of leads each month — the large majority as live transfers.

Premier Luxury Group offers a competitive commission structure with real earning potential, plus the flexibility to market independently within brokerage and team brand guidelines.
Training & Support
New agents go through a full-day bootcamp with 1-on-1 coaching, held every second Tuesday, along with weekly team meetings and accountability check-ins to keep agents on track.
Premier Luxury Group gives agents the infrastructure to stay focused on production, including:
- 3 Transaction Coordinators
- 3 ISAs
- A dedicated call center
