What You'll Do
As a KinderCare Teacher, you'll create a safe, engaging classroom where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Create a warm, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and teammates.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing standards.
- Work collaboratively with your teaching team to create an exceptional experience for every family.

Qualifications
- Approximately two years of full-time experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, school, camp, youth program, or similar setting.
- Meet Pennsylvania licensing requirements for employment in a licensed child care center.
- Passion for working with young children and their families.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
