General Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment. This part-time position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule while helping ensure our office spaces remain, clean, organized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, and common areas

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste

Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom supplies
-
Clean and maintain kitchen and breakroom areas daily
-
Vacuum and maintain carpets and floors to keep areas free of dust and debris
-
Replace light bulbs and complete routine facility maintenance tasks

Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively

Identify cleaning and maintenance needs with minimal supervision

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
-
6 months – 1 year of custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or related experience preferred

Ability to follow instructions and communication effectively in English

Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment

Ability to perform simple maintenance and repair tasks
-
Strong time-management and organizational skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. (trash bags, supplies, equipment)

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday

Ability to perform physical cleaning and maintenance duties for extended periods
