Fiiz is coming to Omaha, NE, and we’re looking for a Manager to help lead the launch and day-to-day operations of this exciting, growing concept.
This is more than just a management role - this is an opportunity to take ownership, build a team, and create an incredible experience for both customers and staff from the ground up.
As a Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the overall operations of the store while creating a positive, efficient, and high-performing environment.
- Interview, hire, train, and develop team members
- Provide both positive and corrective feedback
- Create a strong, upbeat, and accountable team culture
- Handle team and customer resolution professionally
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Work in an assigned station each shift while leading from the floor
- Assign stations and direct team members for efficient operations
- Keep customers and order fulfillment as the top priority
- Create team schedules at least 2 weeks in advance
- Own labor and COGS, and help set and hit goals
- Count and order inventory; check in and organize deliveries
- Maintain cash handling standards (safe counts, drawer balances, deposits, change orders)
- Order uniforms, merchandise, gift cards, and tumblers
- Monitor inventory and keep the store fully stocked
- Lead and support local marketing initiatives and in-store promotions
- Coordinate and participate in off-site events and community activations
- Build B2B relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations
- Contribute to and support social media content, helping drive awareness and engagement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing environment
- Assign and follow up on daily and deep cleaning checklists
- Ensure all stations are stocked, clean, and ready to go at all times
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or similar environments preferred
- Empathetic – Connects well with both team members and customers
- Positive Energy – Sets the tone and brings great energy to every shift
- Coachable – Open to feedback and always looking to grow
Store Hours (Brand Standard):
Monday–Thursday: 7am–9pm
Friday–Saturday: 7am–10pm
Sunday: 9am–7pm
This role will primarily support daytime hours, while also maintaining flexibility to adjust based on business needs.
- $50,000–$60,000 total compensation (base + bonus)
