Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you’ll be the face of our taproom—guiding guests through our beer lineup, offering recommendations, and ensuring everyone has an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all taproom guests
- Pour and serve draft and packaged beer with accuracy and care
- Maintain deep knowledge of our beer lineup, brewing process, and brand story
- Educate guests on beer styles, flavor profiles, and flight/build-your-own options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest areas
- Follow all alcohol service laws and safety standards
- Handle transactions using POS systems accurately
- Restock taproom supplies and assist in inventory tracking
- Assist with taproom events, beer releases, and promotional activities
- Communicate guest feedback and operational needs to the general manager
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Prior bar or restaurant experience preferred (beer knowledge a major plus)
- Passion for craft beer and enthusiasm for learning more
- Strong communication skills and team mentality
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Availability on evenings and weekends
