Work in and support all team member positions as needed

Recruit, hire, and train new employees to build a high-performing team

Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Promote a strong "Guest First" culture at all times

Manage inventory and place DCP (Distributor) orders

Handle cash management including deposits and drawer counts

Execute and train team on new product rollouts and limited-time offers

Create and manage weekly staff schedules to meet business needs

Process and run accurate payroll on time

Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
