We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Leasing Consultant who is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience, building strong prospect relationships, and converting opportunities into signed leases.
In this role, you will support leasing efforts for Olympic Gardens and Helfrich Springs, two well-established apartment communities in Whitehall, PA that are currently undergoing an exciting period of renovation and modernization.
The ideal candidate is a confident sales professional who understands that successful leasing is about more than providing a tour. It requires thoughtful discovery, strong communication, consistent follow-up, and the ability to clearly demonstrate the value of the community and apartment homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the prospect experience from initial inquiry through application and lease execution
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads and inquiries
- Conduct engaging, personalized apartment and community tours
- Identify prospect needs and effectively communicate the value, features, and benefits of available apartment homes
- Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up with prospective residents
- Convert qualified prospects into applications and signed leases
- Support occupancy and leasing goals across both communities
- Process applications, prepare lease documentation, and maintain accurate prospect and resident records
- Build positive relationships with current residents to support satisfaction, renewals, and retention
- Assist with community marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, social media, and online listings
- Maintain accurate activity, follow-up, and reporting within property management and CRM systems
Qualifications
- Proven sales ability with a demonstrated commitment to achieving results
- Previous apartment leasing experience strongly preferred; successful candidates from retail, hospitality, automotive, luxury sales, or other customer-focused sales environments are also encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and create a positive customer experience
- Confidence discussing pricing, addressing objections, and asking for the sale
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
- Experience with property management or CRM software preferred; Entrata experience is a plus
