WT Collection, Inc. is a B2B wholesaler for vintage/country/modern home decor with a customer base that ranges from the hospital gift shops to large e-Commerce retailers. We provide artisan-designed home decorations, such as faux floral, flicker candles & candle holders, mason jars and lamps, rustic buckets, wall signs, and so much more.
Responsibilities:
- Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving billing-related concerns
-Make outbound phone calls to obtain updated credit card information and follow up on account status
-Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Experience:
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or related financial services role required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Proficiency in credit analysis and technical accounting procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Hours:
Mon-Fri 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
