Remote Photo Editor (Part-Time, On-Call)

Timeless Treats & Relics, based in Derry, New Hampshire, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Photo Editor to assist with preparing photographs for our online auctions hosted on Blackthorn House Auctions on AuctionNinja, as well as occasional retail and advertising photography.
Position Details
- Remote, work-from-home
- Approximately 20–40 hours per month
- Mostly on-call with flexible scheduling
- Pay: $10–15 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Edit auction photographs to improve appearance and consistency
- Remove or whiten backgrounds to create clean, professional product images
- Crop, straighten, and adjust lighting, color, and contrast
- Prepare images for AuctionNinja listings
- Occasionally edit photos for retail listings, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Maintain consistent image quality across all projects
Qualifications
- Basic experience with photo editing software (such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, Canva, or similar) is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Previous product photography editing experience is a plus, but not required
Training ProvidedWe are happy to provide a crash course and hands-on training. If you’re eager to learn and have an eye for detail, we’ll teach you the workflow and standards we use for our auctions.
This position is ideal for students, freelancers, or anyone looking for flexible supplemental income while gaining experience in product photography and digital image editing.
