Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs on powertrain components, vehicle transmission systems, suspension systems, and alignments to restore optimal vehicle performance.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment to execute repairs with precision.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical problems effectively.
- Repair or replace vehicle components such as transmissions, diesel engines, and powertrain parts while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering recommendations for ongoing vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with auto estimating processes to ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician background in automotive repair settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), automotive electrical systems, and vehicle suspension systems.
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and interpreting schematics for complex electrical issues.
- Familiarity with Domestic, European and Import or similar makes is preferred; diesel engine repair experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools.
- Previous experience in vehicle maintenance, transmission repair, alignment services, or automotive wiring diagram interpretation is highly desirable.
- Excellent technical proficiency combined with strong customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
