Grill 28 is seeking friendly, energetic, and hospitality-focused Servers to join our team. Our servers play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest.

Essential ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Greet guests promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding food, beverages, and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally or involve management when necessary.
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return.
Restaurant Operations
- Prepare dining areas before each shift.
- Maintain clean and organized tables, stations, and service areas.
- Complete opening, side work, and closing responsibilities.
- Refill beverages, clear tables, and reset dining areas efficiently.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bartenders, hosts, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service.
Events & Banquets
- Assist with private events, weddings, golf tournaments, and special functions.
- Help set up and break down banquet spaces as assigned.
- Provide attentive service while maintaining event timelines.
- Represent Grill 28 professionally during all private functions.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Toast or similar POS systems.
- Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails.
- NH Liquor Commission Server Training or willingness to obtain certification.
- Fine dining, country club, or banquet experience is a plus.

Pay: $22.37 - $26.94 per hour
