- Must have staff supervisory skills and maintain the daily operation of a quality childcare center
- Must be on site a minimum of 35 hours per week
- Must have an Associates degree in early childhood education, child development, special education or the human services field
- Must have at least one year experiance as a Childcare Director
- The Director is to insure that the center is in compliance with the PA State Regulations and meet Keystone Stars requirements
