We're looking for energetic, friendly, and hospitality-driven Hosts and Hostesses who love connecting with people and creating memorable guest experiences. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for every visit.

What You'll Do

Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.

Manage waitlists and guest flow during busy service periods.

Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper table rotation.

Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant.

Take reservations and manage incoming phone calls.

Assist guests with requests and ensure a positive dining experience.

Address guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.

Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and restaurant information.

Support team members and assist other restaurant positions when needed.

Help create a welcoming, organized, and upbeat atmosphere.
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

Outstanding communication and guest service skills.

Professional, dependable, enthusiastic, and friendly personality.

Positive attitude with the ability to stay composed under pressure.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
