What you’ll do:

Turn and maintain apartments to high standards

Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs

Keep common areas clean, safe, and inviting

Manage inventory and work closely with the property manager

Work with our entire maintenance crew on an on-call emergency rotation
What we’re looking for:
✅ 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience is required; HVAC certification is recommended
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Strong repair, customer service, and problem-solving skills
✅ Positive, teachable attitude
(Certifications not required; pay reflects experience and credentials)
