Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. You will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional detailing services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, and waxing.
- Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and customer preferences.
- Utilize buffing techniques to restore paint surfaces and remove imperfections.
- Ensure all detailing equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area, adhering to custodial standards.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises as required during the detailing process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and products used in automotive care.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot imperfections and areas needing improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required to operate various vehicles safely.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to automotive care and detailing processes.
