Key Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Impact Learning: Bring our curriculum to life with engaging, inquiry-based Pre-K lessons tailored to early learning standards.
- Nurture Whole-Child Growth: Integrate social-emotional learning strategies to build confidence, independence, and kindergarten readiness.
- Manage & Design: Maintain a structured, vibrant, and safe classroom environment aligned with Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP).

Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven success leading a Pre-K or Early Childhood classroom.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field preferred.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of DAP, classroom management, and child development.
- Requirements: NC Childcare Background Clearance and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
