Job Description
- Alcohol and Food Handler certification required
- Advocacy for craft cocktail culture
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for car and restaurant guests.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks
- Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails
- Implement batching program
- Monthly inventory
- Work with management to ensure correct bar procedures are implemented
- Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Additional requirements: able to walk or stand for long periods.
