Overview
Spartan Invest is a full-service turn-key real estate investment firm specializing in property acquisition, renovation, and property management. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Investment Consultant (Sales) to join our high-performing sales team. This individual will play a key role in guiding prospective investors through our sales process, educating them on our offerings, and helping them identify properties that meet their investment goals.
As an Investment Consultant, you will work closely with potential clients from initial contact through closing, managing relationships and helping drive revenue growth through exceptional customer service and strategic sales efforts. In addition to working directly with clients, the Investment Consultant will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure we meet client needs throughout the lifecycle of the investment. This cross-functional collaboration is essential to delivering a seamless experience that encourages repeat business and long-term client relationships.
This will be a predominantly remote role (after the initial training period) that requires occasional overnight travel to regional/national conferences, standard daily travel for client meetings and networking events and in-office meetings approximately once per week. Primary Responsibilities
- Guide prospective investor clients through the entire sales process—from initial outreach to closing
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and conduct follow-up outreach to nurture potential clients
- Educate clients on Spartan Invest’s turn-key real estate model and available investment opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions in CRM system
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on inventory, sales processes, and support resources to ensure clients receive accurate and timely information
- Communicate client feedback and market trends to sales leadership
- Assist with ongoing communication and support throughout the client’s investment lifecycle
- Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Participate in training and development to improve product and industry knowledge and sales techniques
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a commission or KPI based producing role
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with demonstrated success navigating market fluctuations
- Experience in real estate or investment sales is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
Compensation
The compensation package for this role includes a base salary of $50,000 as well as a tiered commission per property sold (paid monthly) and an annual volume incentive based on department KPIs. Tiered commission includes a $750 fee for sales closed from third-party referral sources, $1250 for sales closed from provided leads and $3000 for sales closed from self-sourced leads which are expected to represent 75% of lead volume.
