The Project Manager at Columbia River Plumbing is responsible for leading the successful execution of commercial plumbing projects from contract award through final closeout. This role owns the full project lifecycle, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, inspections, client communication, and field team support across a diverse portfolio of commercial, multi-family, public works, tenant improvement, remodel, and residential projects.
The ideal candidate has a strong plumbing background and understands what it actually takes to deliver a plumbing project in the field. This is not a desk job; it requires presence, urgency, and accountability on every project.

5+ years of project management experience in commercial plumbing, mechanical contracting, or a related construction trade.

Proven experience managing prevailing wage and public works compliance requirements.
