Location: Indianapolis, IN 46203
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Heart To Serve Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a senior gentleman in his home.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast and lunch
- Provide companionship and assistance with daily activities
- Accompany client to the YMCA to walk the indoor track (3 days/week)
- Assist with client-related household tasks
- Observe and report changes in condition
Qualifications
- Experienced CNA or HHA preferred
- Experience caring for individuals who are legally blind preferred
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB screening
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Professional references
- Pass criminal background check
