AEA is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Supervisor / Quality Control Manager to oversee daily field operations, ensure quality workmanship, and support production teams in the field and warehouse. This position works directly under the Director of Field Operations and plays a critical role in training employees, maintaining production standards, and ensuring crews operate efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support Lead Technicians and field crews
- Train and mentor new employees on company procedures and job expectations
- Conduct field quality inspections to ensure work meets program guidelines and company standards
- Monitor crew productivity and promote efficient job completion
- Assist with conflict resolution and field issue management
- Verify and review crew paperwork for accuracy before submission
- Maintain organized reports and communicate operational updates through email correspondence
- Utilize spreadsheets and tracking systems for inventory, reporting, and operational oversight
- Perform daily truck inspections and report damages or maintenance concerns
- Manage warehouse inventory and monitor commonly used materials and equipment
- Track tools and equipment assignments and report missing or damaged items
- Participate in opening and closing warehouse procedures
- Supervise rotating Saturday operations as assignedAdditional Requirements: Supervisors are required to operate company trucks and perform field production work when staffing shortages occur or operational needs require additional support.
- Must be able to lead by example and work alongside crews when necessary.
- Must maintain a professional attitude and always act in the best interest of the company.

- Rotating Saturday supervision schedule as neededQualifications: Prior field supervision or crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through email is required
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic computer operations is required
- Experience with insulation, weatherization, HVAC support, or construction operations preferred
- Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
