Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. While we take on a mix of work, our primary focus is on service plumbing rather than new residential construction. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems in real-world scenarios, with a strong understanding of plumbing principles and techniques applicable in service environments.
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Perform service-oriented tasks such as diagnosing and fixing leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment efficiently to complete repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce system failures.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, often unpredictable service environment.
- Assist with remodeling and repair projects that may involve heavy lifting and manual labor.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment as needed for service calls.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction with every job.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in service plumbing, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
- Proficiency in pipe threading and other essential plumbing techniques.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and working in confined spaces.
- Familiarity with hand tools and industry-specific diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Understanding of HVAC systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent service calls.
Job Details:
- Focus: Primarily service plumbing, with some residential and light commercial work
- Salary Range: $80,000 to $250,000 per year, based on experience
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $1,000 after 6 months, based on experience

- Requirements: Clean driving record and no-drug policy: must be able to past a drug test
