What You’ll Do:
- Assist buyers and sellers with real estate transactions
- Prospect and network using KW’s proven models
- Show homes, market listings, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Stay informed on the local market and refine your sales skills
What You Need:
- Motivation and a desire to grow your own business
- Strong communication and self-management skills
- A valid Oregon real estate license (or willingness to get one)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Compensation:
Commission-based
Typical full-time agents earn $75,000–$150,000+ annually
