- Helping identify tools, equipment, test equipment, and supplies needed for normal and special lab testing projects
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts across the company

- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
- Interest in motors, electrical testing, mechanical testing, prototyping, or product development
- Ability to read and follow prints, work instructions, and test procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organization

Previous lab technician experience is helpful, but not required for candidates with the right technical background and hands-on ability. Why Join Groschopp?
At Groschopp, you’ll be part of a team that designs and manufactures fractional horsepower electric motors and gearmotors used in a wide variety of applications. This role gives you the chance to work directly with prototypes, testing, and real product development rather than doing the same task every day.
If you like variety, hands-on work, and being part of the process that turns ideas into working products, this could be a great fit.
