Your Role
You’ll use your insurance knowledge and Spanish/English communication skills to:
- Prospect and build your book of business using referrals, outreach, and community engagement
- Conduct consultations to identify needs and recommend tailored coverage
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships through responsiveness and follow-up
- Identify opportunities for additional State Farm products and financial services
- Partner with the team to improve the overall customer experience and hit sales goals
Qualifications (Required)
- Spanish/English bilingual fluency
- Property & Casualty license (required)
- Life & Health license (required)
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Proven ability to work toward goals (sales or customer service preferred)
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed
