Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. During the summer months, we are open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M, a nice perk!
Overview
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Automotive Technician who is passionate about vehicle repair and maintenance. In this full-time role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, including American and import models. Your expertise will ensure our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced diagnostic tools and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems, including but not limited to powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical problems effectively.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and engine repairs.
- Repair vehicle transmission systems and perform welding or other mechanical repairs as needed.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs with precision.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications while delivering excellent customer service.
Skills
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Familiarity with automotive schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical systems interpretation.
- Skilled in automotive diagnostics, including the use of diagnostic software and tools for complex troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform vehicle suspension system repairs, alignments, and powertrain work confidently.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and transmissions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
