Blossom Bridge Child Care is opening our second location in Woodbury MN, and we are looking for a high-caliber Director to lead it.

- Have the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team from the ground up.
- Create a positive, engaging workplace culture where people feel supported, valued, have fun, and are motivated to do their best work every day.
- Have experience building and leading a thriving, high-quality early learning program.
- Bring strong relationships and community connections within the Woodbury area.
- Be passionate about creating an exceptional experience for children, families, and team members alike.
- Hold strong director qualifications and meet (or can quickly meet) Minnesota DHS requirements for a child care center director
- Have a minimum of three years chilcare director experience

What You’ll Do
- Lead the successful launch and ongoing operations of our new Woodbury center
- Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing team of educators
- Drive enrollment growth and operational excellence while maintaining exceptional quality and compliance
- Build strong relationships with families and the local Woodbury community
- Oversee daily operations, curriculum implementation, staff development, and administrative systems
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in programs and culture
