We're looking for someone to fill a multi-function support role that helps the Service Advisor and Technicians with customer intakes and quality checks, and keeps the shop/lane looking sharp, organized, and ready when customer-facing work is slow.
Core responsibilities:
Service Lane + Intake Support
Greet customers and help keep the service lane flowingAssist with vehicle intakes: basic info gathering, photos, mileage, keys/tags, parking vehicles as directed.
Support the Service Advisor with light admin tasks (printing, filing, updating simple tracking, calling/texting customers using a script)
Help coordinate vehicle movement (pulling cars up, staging for techs, parking customer vehicles)
Quality Checks + Delivery Support
Perform quality checks (your checklist-based final look-over): lights, fluids check per process, interior quick check, paperwork present, service stickers, etc. (whatever you actually want included)
Help prep vehicles for pickup: wipe-down, floor mats, remove protective covers, ensure presentable
Shop Presentation + Organization (when intakes are slow)
Keep the customer-facing areas and shop flow areas clean, tidy, and stocked
Maintain waiting area/service counter appearance (trash, coffee area, surfaces, bathrooms if applicable)
Keep parking/lot presentable (trash pickup, straighten parking, basic lot organization)
Inventory + Supplies Support
Check and restock commonly used shop supplies (gloves, towels, cleaners, seat covers, floor mats, tags, tape, etc.)
Track low-stock items and notify the right person / update inventory listReceive deliveries, put away stock, keep storage areas organized
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
