The Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Manager leads the enterprise GEOINT capability within Enterprise Risk Intelligence (ERI), transforming location-based data into actionable intelligence that supports security operations, executive protection, event security, and enterprise risk decision-making across Corporate Security.
This role is responsible for the strategy, buildout, program management, and operational oversight of the ESRI ArcGIS-based Common Operating Picture (COP) and associated geospatial dashboards that support command-and-control functions within the Enterprise Security and Intelligence Operations Center (ESIOC).
The manager oversees GEOINT analysts, establishes standards and workflows, integrates geospatial analysis with broader intelligence functions, and builds a scalable Corporate Security GIS program that enhances situational awareness, incident response, executive decision support, and crisis operations across the enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead GEOINT team operations, including staffing, performance management, analyst development, and capability maturation

Define GEOINT strategy, standards, and integration with ERI intelligence frameworks, including Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and related collection requirements

Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of an ESRI ArcGIS-based Common Operating Picture (COP) serving as the central operational view for ESIOC command-and-control activities

Architect, configure, and maintain ArcGIS web maps, dashboards, and related applications that integrate security, intelligence, travel, facilities, asset, and external risk data into a unified operational picture

Develop operational, tactical, strategic, and executive geospatial dashboards tailored to ESIOC operators, physical security leaders, executive protection teams, event security stakeholders, and senior leadership

Oversee collection, integration, and analysis of geospatial data from imagery, GIS, OSINT, remote sensing, and other internal and external sources

Direct production of geospatial intelligence products, including maps, route analysis, threat assessments, event footprint products, risk visualizations, and location-based decision support

Establish standards for COP layers, geospatial data models, symbology, metadata, and workflows to ensure clarity, consistency, and rapid operational interpretation

Integrate GEOINT into ESIOC operations, incident response, executive protection, event planning, travel risk support, and enterprise risk assessments

Maintain geospatial databases and ensure data integrity, accessibility, security, and governance across Corporate Security use cases

Partner with ESRI, enterprise technology teams, and internal stakeholders to implement and optimize ArcGIS capabilities in alignment with cybersecurity, architecture, data governance, and operational requirements

Establish governance and quality control standards for GEOINT outputs and COP data, including access controls, data stewardship, and operational readiness

Drive automation and process improvements using Python, SQL, APIs, and GIS workflows to improve speed, scalability, and decision support

Deliver executive briefings, recommendations, and visual products on geospatial risks, operational impacts, and emerging trends

Manage GEOINT vendors, GIS platforms, capability investments, and program roadmaps supporting long-term Corporate Security objectives

Support crisis response and business continuity activities with time-sensitive geospatial analysis and COP-based situational awareness

Build and scale the broader Corporate Security GIS program as additional GIS/GEOINT analysts are added to the ESIOC

Required Qualifications:
-
6+ years of GEOINT, GIS, geospatial analytics, or related intelligence experience, with 3+ years in leadership, program management, or team oversight roles

Solid experience producing multi-source intelligence products and translating complex data into operationally relevant insights
-
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or managing Common Operating Picture (COP), situational awareness, or command-and-control solutions for a security operations center, emergency operations center, intelligence center, or similar operational environment

Deep expertise with ESRI ArcGIS platforms, including ArcGIS Enterprise and/or ArcGIS Online, and experience developing web maps, dashboards, and geospatial applications for operational environments

Expertise in imagery analysis and geospatial data sources such as EO, SAR, LiDAR, OSINT, and other multi-source intelligence inputs

Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional project/program management capabilities
-
Proven excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

GEOINT certifications such as GPC, UGC, or comparable professional credentials

Experience in corporate security, enterprise risk intelligence, public safety, emergency management, or a comparable mission-driven operational environment

Experience integrating ArcGIS with incident management, threat intelligence, travel risk, physical security, or operational data platforms

Experience with dashboard development, API-driven data integration, and cloud-based geospatial workflows

Familiarity with GIS platform security, access management, and governance in enterprise environments

Proficiency in Python and SQL for geospatial workflows, automation, data integration, and process improvement

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
