Job Summary
GSD Home Staging is a fast-growing home staging and interior design company known for beautifully curated spaces and seamless client experiences. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Director of Operations who loves both the creative and operational sides of the business.You'll work closely with our Owner + Creative Director to ensure every project is executed on time, on budget, and on brand — while leading a team of Project Managers and Design Associates and overseeing warehouse and inventory operations.
What you'll do Lead Project Managers to deliver staging projects on schedule and to company standards Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and purchasing with the Warehouse Manager Support installations and styling days as needed. Assist with furniture selections, accessory curation, and design prep, prepare and review client proposals, project details, timelines, and pricing, Support interior design projects through sourcing, procurement, and vendor coordination Manage and mentor team members; set goals and foster a collaborative culture Maintain project tracking systems, pipelines, and performance metrics
What we're looking for Genuine appreciation for interior design, aesthetics, and creating exceptional spaces Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience managing teams Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Clear communicator and confident decision-maker Comfortable working across office, warehouse, and on-site environments Face to Face meeting with clients and manage client expectations Background in home staging, interior design, operations, or project management preferred
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
