What You’ll Do:
Childcare Bus Driver
-
Safely operate the childcare center's bus or vehicle to transport children to and from the center, ensuring the well-being of each child during transit.

Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Strictly adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations, including ensuring that children are secured in appropriate child safety seats and seat belts.

Emergency Procedures: Be prepared to respond to emergencies during transit, including administering first aid if necessary, and evacuate children safely in case of accidents.

Maintain open and clear communication with parents or guardians regarding pick-up and drop-off times, and any changes or delays in the schedule.

Maintain accurate records of daily transportation, including attendance, mileage, and fuel usage.
Assistant Teacher

Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment

Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum

Support children’s growth, confidence, and development

Build meaningful relationships with children and families

Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards

Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team
Who You Are
-
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
-
At least two (2) experience in a childcare setting (Required)
-
Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations.

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
A positive attitude and passion for working with children
-
First aid and CPR certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
-
Ability to pass background and health requirements
