Senior: Possesses the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered highly skilled in Government Acquisition Program Management. Possesses the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and journeyman Contractor personnel within Government Acquisition Program Management. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Government Acquisition Program Management as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, systems and practices in Government Acquisition Program Management (Program Office, Enterprise and Staff Level Support interface).
Candidate will manage and monitor their assigned program to include program of record changes, cost/schedule/performance issues, risks, and contract status. Candidate will apply an understanding of defense acquisition program management to manage and maintain the Integrated Master Plans/Integrated Master Schedules (IMP/IMS), earned value measurement metrics management system, and the USAF Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) financial planning tool.he Contractor must have skills in developing pre- and post-award documentation and will assist in milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination, and decision documentation. Candidate will perform the various acquisition management duties common to all organizations to support the mission. Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the Acquisition Program Mgt , five years of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF Organizations.
OR, bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the Acquistion Program Mgt , five of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF Organizations.
OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF Organizations.
