Position Overview
Rumble Boxing S McKinney is looking for an elite, high-energy Coach/Fitness Trainer who is passionate about changing lives through fitness. This is more than coaching classes—our trainers are the face of our brand, relationship builders, community leaders, and an essential part of our sales team.
Our coaches create an unforgettable member experience from the moment someone walks through the doors. They inspire confidence, build relationships, drive member retention, and actively contribute to membership growth. Every coach is expected to think and act like an owner, lead by example, and contribute to the overall success of the studio.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver World-Class Coaching
- Lead high-energy Rumble Boxing classes with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Coach proper boxing technique, strength training, and movement patterns.
- Create an exciting atmosphere that motivates every fitness level.
- Learn members' names and build genuine relationships.
- Celebrate milestones and personal achievements.
- Ensure every class feels exciting, professional, and memorable.
Member Experience & Retention
- Welcome every member before class.
- Engage with members after class.
- Build authentic relationships that create long-term loyalty.
- Follow up with new members after their first class.
- Help members stay accountable to their fitness goals.
- Recognize birthdays, milestones, and attendance achievements.
- Be approachable, encouraging, and positive at all times.
Sales & Membership Growth (We offer an unparalleled Membership growth incentive program for our team)
Every coach is part of the sales team.
Responsibilities include:
- Converting trial guests into memberships.
- Promoting retail apparel and merchandise.
- Educating members on membership options.
- Generating referrals.
- Inviting friends and family to classes.
- Participating in studio events and promotions.
- Assisting with community outreach.
- Helping achieve monthly membership goals.
Sales are never about pressure—they're about building trust, solving problems, and changing lives.
Community & Marketing
Coaches help grow the Rumble community by:
- Participating in local events.
- Assisting with pop-up workouts.
- Creating social media content.
- Sharing studio promotions.
- Supporting charity events and partnerships.
- Representing the Rumble brand professionally inside and outside the studio.
Studio Leadership
Our coaches are leaders regardless of title.

Qualifications
- Nationally recognized Group Fitness and/or Personal Training Certification (preferred)
- CPR/AED Certification
- Boxing or functional fitness experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude with high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to motivate people of all fitness levels
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
