Duties
- Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice based on vehicle systems and repair requirements
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction through excellent service
- Support automotive repair and maintenance activities by providing technical guidance on vehicle diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting
- Maintain organized shelving, stock displays, and inventory records to facilitate efficient order fulfillment and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and clear client communication skillsRequirements
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environment with knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and repair processes
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels, order fulfillment processes, and maintain a clean work environment
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
