Lead Carpenter – Residential Remodeling
Revamped Renovations is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. We’re searching for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, can confidently lead projects from start to finish, and enjoys working as part of a professional remodeling team.
This position requires a well-rounded remodeler who can oversee residential renovation projects while mentoring and directing a helper on the job site.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential remodeling projects from demolition through final finishes
- Direct and work alongside a remodeling helper
- Layout and install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry
- Build custom shower pans and prepare showers for tile installation
- Complete framing for remodels and structural modifications
- Perform high-quality trim carpentry and finish work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and ensure projects are completed to our quality standards
Qualifications:
- Approximately 10+ years of residential remodeling experience
- Extensive knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and general remodeling
- Experience with cabinet layout and installation
- Ability to build custom shower pans
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and professional tools
- Ability to work independently and lead a crew
