JOB DESCRIPTION (Customer + Internal Facing)
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is the central connection point between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and the Technical teams. This role ensures smooth execution of marketing initiatives, organizes communications, manages campaign logistics, and keeps the department aligned with company goals.
They support the Director of Sales & Marketing (Ihsan) by ensuring tasks are tracked, campaigns are launched on time, documentation is organized, and all departments receive the information needed to promote new services, announce wins, celebrate achievements, and push sales opportunities.
This role is essential in making the marketing engine run smoothly, consistently, and with professional structure.
CORE DUTIES
1. Marketing Coordination
- Manage the weekly and monthly marketing calendar
- Coordinate with technical teams for “project wins,” onboarding announcements, and product launches
- Ensure Marketing is informed whenever Tech completes a big project (e.g., new site onboarding, MFA rollout, Internet circuit upgrades)
- Support creation of social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and videos
2. Cross-Department Communication
- Act as the link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Technical
- Gather updates from departments for marketing use (case studies, success stories, photos, service launches)
- Route campaign-related tasks to the right teams
3. Content & Asset Organization
- Maintain organized folders in SharePoint for:
- Marketing assets
- Campaign materials
- Property management brochures
- Logos, brand kits, templates
- Ensure the team always has the latest templates
4. Campaign Execution Support
- Assist with email sequences, newsletters, landing pages, and announcements
- Track campaign performance (opens, clicks, responses, leads)
- Prepare weekly reports for Ihsan
5. Event Coordination
- Assist with tradeshows, conferences, partner events, and internal celebrations
- Manage giveaways, branded items, printing, and logistics
6. Administrative & Project Support
- Track tasks in Microsoft Planner
- Keep meetings organized (agendas, notes, follow-ups)
- Coordinate deadlines and ensure tasks stay on schedule
7. Quality & Branding
- Review materials before release to ensure brand guidelines are followed
- Maintain messaging consistency across all channels
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in marketing coordination, operations, or project management
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Planner, Teams, and Outlook
- Familiar with Canva, social media tools, and basic email marketing platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Able to manage deadlines, track tasks, and support multiple departments
- Detail-oriented with strong project follow-through and consistency
- Experience with reporting, analytics, or basic campaign metrics (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (not required)
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
