We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team in Avon, MA. This position involves a variety of outdoor labor tasks, including landscaping, digging, shoveling, site preparation, and material handling. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, works well in a team environment, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive job site.
- Perform general construction and landscaping labor duties.
- Dig trenches, holes, and foundations using hand tools and equipment.
- Shovel dirt, gravel, stone, and other materials as needed.
- Pick up, move, and place stones, rocks, and construction materials.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, and cleanup.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Typical laborer duties include excavation, material handling, site cleanup, and the use of hand tools such as shovels and rakes.
- Previous construction, landscaping, or labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
