Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to diverse populations. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to ensure accurate patient records. Review Treatment Plans, Functional Assessments. Supervise the ARMHS and EIDBI programs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral therapy tailored to individual needs.
- Provide individual, group, family, and youth therapy sessions using modalities like psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver clinical counseling services while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards.
- Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, case managers, medical professionals, and educators to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation adhering to medical records standards and EMR/EHR systems for accurate data collection and treatment tracking.
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Mental Health Professional with experience in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, and diagnostic evaluation.
- Demonstrated expertise working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities or co-occurring disorders.
- Proven experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care (including PTSD care), grief counseling, addiction counseling, and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and clinical documentation standards.
- Experience working in outpatient clinics, inpatient settings or hospital environments with a focus on mental health assessments and patient care.
- Knowledge of telehealth therapy platforms combined with strong client communication skills to foster engagement remotely.
- Background in special education or pediatrics is a plus; experience working with individuals with autism or disabilities is highly valued.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
