Preferred Qualifications
- Collision repair or body shop experience is highly preferred.
- If you do not have collision repair experience, a minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience is required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer/data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service from arrival to vehicle delivery.
- Answer and manage multiple incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs.
- Check in vehicles and photograph them upon arrival.
- Process cash and credit card payments.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim payments.
- Contact customers regarding insurance assignments.
- Follow up on estimates and inspections.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates.
- Assist with additional office and administrative duties as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
