Lead a team of 3 to 5 team members. A Whit’s Frozen Custard Shift lead is responsible for leading the Team Members to ensure that each customer has an exceptional Whit’s experience! Whit’s does not just serve frozen custard; Whit’s helps people make memories! Our Shift Managers smile, are professional and fun, and ensure that the Team Members meet their responsibilities. Our goal is to provide an experience that makes people want to come back for more. We want Whit’s to become a tradition for our customers, and the Supervisor critical in making that happen.
* supervisory experience in the food industry required
Hours per week:
- (3) six to eight hour shifts per week. Available 2 shifts Friday through Sunday required.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
