Local Hampton Inn seeking a evening front desk agent.
We are an award winning property whose main focus is customer service and delivering the best experience possible for our guest. We are looking for someone who will fit in with our culture, has a willing heart to serve others and knows what true hospitality is!
We are specifically looking for someone to work 3pm-11pm shifts and mid shifts, WEEKENDS are mandatory. Willingness to work HOLIDAYS is a must for this position. We prefer someone with customer service experience. Hilton PEP experience is a huge plus!
We need someone who is excited by the hospitality industry and ready to join a hardworking team. This position has the potential for full times hours year round for the right person.
Job Description: Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guests' stay by working with all hotel personnel to ensure every guest experience superior customer care.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous hotel experience is highly preferred. (Hilton PEP preferred)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor.
* Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a VERY professional manner.
* Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events.
* Ability to understand and adhere to proper payment methods and procedures set by the hotel.
* Able to properly secure guest information.
* Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures.
* Skilled in the use of front office equipment.
* Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including HOLIDAYS, EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS ARE A MUST FOR THIS POSITION.
* CPR certification is a plus.
