- Setup and operate CNC machines
- Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and process documentation
- Select tooling and make machine offset adjustments
- Perform first-piece in-process and final inspections
- Hold tight tolerances and maintain superior surface finishes
- Troubleshoot machining issues and identify process improvements
- Perform routine machine maintenance and upkeep
- Mazak Integrex 100 and 200 with lower turrets
- Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis Machining Centers
- Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes
- Advanced multi-axis CNC machining and turning platforms
- Minimum 2 years CNC machining experienced preferred
- Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment
- Blueprint reading proficiency
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Understand of tooling offsets feeds speeds and machining fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience operating setting up or troubleshooting Mazak machining centers, Swiss style lathes or comparable CNC equipment
- Experience with Mazak Integrex, Mazak Variaxis Star Swiss equipment or similar advanced CNC platforms is highly desirable but not required
- Mazatrol experience is a plus but not required
- Medical device aerospace defense or other precision manufacturing experience preferred
