Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Automotive Biller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing all billing activities related to automotive repair and service transactions. Your expertise will ensure seamless revenue cycle management, precise account reconciliation, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Bill all new & used car deals
- Organize all paperwork in each deal, check for accuracy and completeness
- Process & package funding paperwork, payoff checks
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
- Evenings and Saturdays are a must
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle mutiple tasks
- Good social and interpersonal skills
- Strong record of positive Customer Happiness results
- Collaborative and eagerness to improve
- Professional personal appearance
- Strong Attention to detail a must
- Reynolds experience and prior experience with billing/packaging contracts needed
Starting from $20 an hour, based on experience
