JOB SUMMARY
The mission of Cybertrol’s Digital Manufacturing Group (DM) is to provide business systems and people with production information for improved decision-making and to handle the flow of data between business systems and production environments. In this role you will be responsible for several different tasks to accomplish DM’s mission including configuration of off-the-shelf software, data collection and integration, configuring workflow products, building web-based UI applications, and deploying report and analytics solutions. You will be working with cross-functional teams including Automation Engineering and OT Systems engineers within Cybertrol, and directly with our customers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Traveling up to 15% may be required to support project lifecycle, training, or other professional related travel. A valid driver’s license is required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Installing, upgrading, and configuring manufacturing intelligence software

Testing and validation of code

Working directly with customers to help design solutions to their problems

Communicating effectively with project team members for status, deliverables, and technical needs

Data analytics and report development

Creating system documentation for both internal and external audiences

Providing customer support and communications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or other technical field or 2+ years of directly relevant professional experience

Desire to utilize a wide array of tools and technologies to solve a variety of customer problems

Passion for leveraging data to drive continuous improvement both internally and for our customers
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Relevant experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment

Experience working with manufacturing information software suites such as FactoryTalk, AVEVA, or Ignition

Ability to identify and resolve requirement uncertainties through customer collaboration

Working knowledge of C#, .NET Core, MVC, Git, Microsoft SQL, and Azure DevOps
