The Recovery Housing Technician supports program participants by helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive recovery housing environment. This role focuses on resident safety, wellness, accountability, and day-to-day support. Experience in substance use recovery is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor resident safety, behavior, and overall well-being

Conduct daily property and safety checks

Orient new residents to house rules, expectations, and policies

Complete daily resident check-ins and weekly meetings as needed

Monitor for contraband and ensure a clean, substance-free environment

Document incidents and concerns within required timeframes

Support residents with grievances and recovery planning

Provide transportation for new intakes and as directed

Communicate concerns to leadership and assist with emergencies

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required (Bachelor's preferred)

Experience in recovery housing, behavioral health, or residential settings preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
