Job Summary
We are looking for Friendly, kindhearted lead teachers who want to see children learn, grow and be prepared for school.
This role is a 3-Day work schedule. Mon-Wed OR Thursday-Sat.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Manage daily classroom routines.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote emotional regulation.
- Collaborate with families.
Requirements
- Prior classroom experience working with infants and toddlers in licensed childcare centers or preschool settings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
- Ability to manage a classroom environment efficiently.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid required; additional credentials in early childhood education or childcare preferred
