Southeastern Preparatory Academy (SEPA) is seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic Male Resident Advisor to support our male international and domestic residential students.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Male Resident Advisor will live on-site and serve as a mentor, role model, and trusted adult for our male residential students. This individual will help maintain a safe, structured, supportive, and welcoming living environment while encouraging students’ personal growth, responsibility, and academic success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and support male residential students
- Build positive relationships and serve as a mentor and role model
- Ensure student safety and enforce residential policies
- Coordinate recreational, cultural, and community-building activities
- Communicate student needs and concerns to school administration
- Help international students adjust to living and studying in the United States
- Be available during designated evenings, weekends, and emergencies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male applicant required due to the supervision of the male residence
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Responsible, compassionate, organized, and dependable
- Experience working with teenagers preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to live on-site full-time
- Must successfully complete a background check
