Experienced Barre Instructor (Part-Time)

We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivating Barre Instructor to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our members.

Position Details
- Part-time
- Teach 1–2 classes per week
- Competitive class pay based on experience

What You'll Do
- Lead creative, high-energy, challenging classes for participants of all fitness levels
- Provide clear instruction, cueing, and modifications
- Create a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive class environment
- Build relationships with members and contribute to our positive studio culture
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes
- Maintain a safe and professional training environment
Qualifications Required
- Previous experience teaching barre classes
- Current group fitness certification
- Strong understanding of barre technique, alignment, and movement mechanics
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with clients
Preferred
- 2+ years of barre instruction experience
- Experience teaching in a boutique fitness or studio environment
- Additional certifications in fitness, yoga, Pilates, dance, or personal training
