We are a fast-growing hospitality company seeking an experienced Restaurant & Catering Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-volume dining venue serving large guest counts in a fast-paced, experience-driven environment.

Position Overview
The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for all front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining food quality standards, and leading a team in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
This position includes oversight of group dining and catering operations, where meals must be prepared and served at scale with precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, service, and guest experience
- Oversee high-volume meal service, serving large groups within structured timeframes
- Coordinate service execution to ensure timely delivery of meals across multiple guest groups
- Lead, train, and schedule staff, including supervisors, servers, and kitchen team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and labor efficiency
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to streamline production and service flow
- Oversee group dining and catering operations, ensuring efficient execution
- Ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience with catering, banquets, or large-group dining operations strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced service settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple service flows simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety standards and cost controls
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling software
